What wax do you use? Is it vegan-friendly?
We use an exclusive wax blend made from vegetable waxes, with a negligible percentage of mineral wax. We add this little bit of mineral wax so our candles achieve optimum scent throw. The wax is 100% vegan, without beeswax, not tested on animals, non-toxic and GMO free. We use zero additives!

Is your packaging recyclable?
Absolutely! All aspects of our packaging, including your candle vessel, are fully recyclable. If you are looking to recycle your vessel, make sure it is fully clean of wax and debris before you recycle it. However, we do recommend up-cycling your jar as a plant pot (or anything else), and using the complimentary flower seeds (your dust cover can be planted - please read the instructions on it).

Where is my order?
Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive. You will be provided with a tracking number upon dispatch. Once your parcel has left us, we are not responsible for loss. You must contact the courier directly quoting your tracking number if you do not receive your parcel within the designated time frame. My candle has arrived damaged, what do I do?
We hope in every instance this never happens, but we understand that sometimes accidents can happen in transit! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and providing photographic evidence of damage and we will resolve this ASAP.
