However, before you do so, please read below.

If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, you must inform the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as "received damaged".

If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened, please WhatsApp our Customer Care Team within 48 hours of receiving your order or contact us via email at info@sababaldn.com, stating your order number and images or videos of damage. Please note, before a replacement or refund is issued, we may need to test the product in question, which can take up to 3 weeks.

To be eligible, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it in. For example, there must be no marks, scratches or other. You will also need proof of purchase. Items that have been opened and tampered with will not be eligible for a return. 

Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be processed and you will not receive a refund or replacement.

You must provide your order number in the parcel along with your name, telephone number, and reason for return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Our shipping costs are non- refundable, so when you receive a refund, these costs will be deducted from your refund.

Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely. We highly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we are unable to accept liability for goods lost in transit. Please always retain proof of postage until your exchange or refund has been processed.

Once your return is received and inspected by us we will send you an email to confirm receipt and we’ll also let you know if your returned item has been approved for a refund. If it is approved then you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 30 days. 

Only full price items can be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.


While we take every measure to ensure your product is packaged safely and securely, we understand that accidents can happen in transit.

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us within 7 days of delivery if you believe it is damaged. Photographic proof of any damage will be required along with proof of purchase.

The item must also be unused and in its original packaging. 

Damage does not include minor markings on the candle or packaging as these are inevitable due to the fact that our boxes and candles are made by hand. Damage does consist of heavy scratching on the glassware or glassware that is cracked or smashed, or a broken box.

It is your responsibility to open the item carefully, as we do not accept liability for items that have been damaged because of inappropriate unwrapping.

Anything else will not be considered and you will not be eligible for a refund.
